You will receive an email within two work days to book an online introductory call to discuss your product inquiry and guide you to fill a detailed 3-Step Quotation Form to ensure we obtain all the specifications of your product and shipping requirements.

  • 3

Based on all the data received, we will do an approximate monetary estimation of your requirements. If the estimation is lower than a minimum of $10,000, BBG would regretfully decline the works due to unfeasibility and will notify the requestor by email. If the estimation is higher than the mentioned minimum, then we will continue to the next step.

IMPORTANT. BBG will provide a detailed Service Fee Quote within 48 to 72 hours. The Service Fee is non-refundable and is for the work and research necessary to provide a comprehensive product import offer. In special cases, it may include the cost of traveling in case suppliers are only found remotely and hiring of specialists in case of sensitive or highly niche products.

The purpose of the Service Fee is to ensure the client’s investment to produce a high quality proposal, in the same manner that BBG will invest its resources to provide the most optimal proposal. If the final Product Purchase Order is above $100,000, or equivalent in other currencies, the fee shall be deducted from the Purchase Order invoice.
  • 6

Once the client agrees to the Service Fees and the amount is deposited into BBG's account, BBG will begin preparing the product quotation with 3 product options and a shipping proposal as required by the client. The proposal will be provided between 7 to 10 working days.

  • 7

The preferred product/price option(s) shall be revised as needed to meet the customer’s expectations.

  • 8

Once one of the product/price options has been agreed by the customer, a service level agreement (SLA) between BBG and the customer will be created to govern the complete business transaction. The SLA would include the details of the product, delivery, incoterms, payment terms, warranty, and any after sales-clauses  A Proforma Invoice would later be issued to the customer with the agreed down payment to begin procuring the products.

BBG will coordinate with the supplier and continually follow up the goods production process to ensure it meets the customer requirements for specifications and delivery time

Once the products are available for collection, and if shipping services are part of the proposal, BBG will arrange for the collection, shipment, and delivery as per the incoterms in the SLA; and will update the client about the shipment progress and provide shipment tracking information.

After the successful delivery of the goods (and installation if it is part of the agreement), BBG will provide after-sales service to the customer as per the agreement.
